I did a variety of interviews. First, I had a phone interview that was more of a get to know you. Then I had another phone interview where I was asked behavioral questions. Since I was interviewing out of state, we set up a time for me to do my in-person interview as well as a shadow day. The in-person interview was about an hour long and they asked very personal questions. I felt like I prepared a lot and they really just asked personal questions, not like a typical behavioral interview. Then they had me come in for a shadow day and I followed around someone in the position.
