Interview
Working with TEKsystems was simply incredible. I was out of state and did not think I had a chance, but after a few calls including a couple of Skype calls, I was offered the contract and was asked to move as quickly as I could. Just could not have been a better experience.

The overall process, from scheduling to receiving feedback, was very well-structured and organized. Before the client interview, a brief overview was provided, including important details about the client, the job description, and information about the interview panel members. This preparation made the entire experience smooth and efficient.

The interview process was informal and over the phone. The recruiter asked questions based on the contract work. Having decent banter seemed to help and the contract was reviewed. I was offered the job at the end of the interview.

Caroline was the hiring manager and she was very kind enough to explain the process of the interview, company information in detail for better clarity in the initial screening itself which created a positive impact.
