I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Radnor, PA)
Interview
Process was from Late May to Aug, 5 rounds. One survey, then phone, then in person with two people, then half day, which was supposed to be my last step. The lady told me once all my references were good then they would decided on an offer by friday, she told me this on Monday. Friday came around, no email, then Monday, came and received an email about meeting my possible manager. (He even told me the point of the breakfast was so he could get to know me because I would work under him). He was supposed to meet me for breakfast at 7:30 am -8am. He forgot about the breakfast, and ended up coming 10 mins to when it was supposed to end. Never apologized about being late. Then after the breakfast told me I should here by them on friday with an offer, never did. Now three week later I still have not heard back from them.
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
