First, two recruiters would come in and ask you a series of questions ( half of them are not relevant to the job) and provide you some basic information about the company. It lasted more an hour. Then the manager would come in and ask you exactly the same questions again and it took about 40 minutes. The whole process was unnecessarily long and the interview included too many seemingly irrelevant questions. It turned into a chitchat after half an hour.
