First there was a phone call with recruiter. Then a call with an account manager. Then a zoom interview with the company who had the opening. The zoom interview was with the hiring manager and two/three others.

The overall process, from scheduling to receiving feedback, was very well-structured and organized. Before the client interview, a brief overview was provided, including important details about the client, the job description, and information about the interview panel members. This preparation made the entire experience smooth and efficient.

Past scenario where faced difficulty in process and overcome process
The interview process was informal and over the phone. The recruiter asked questions based on the contract work. Having decent banter seemed to help and the contract was reviewed. I was offered the job at the end of the interview.

Caroline was the hiring manager and she was very kind enough to explain the process of the interview, company information in detail for better clarity in the initial screening itself which created a positive impact.
