Reached out by internal recruiter. Had an Indian phone screen with them and then a phone interview after that. Moved on to the virtual interview with the director and an account manager. Next step was a half day shadow virtually. Shadowed the teams morning meetings, then talked to 2 other people in the office about culture and job. Finished up with a panel interview with 2 tenured employees. Was offered the job at the end of the day over the phone. Overall took about 3 weeks for the interview process.
