HORRIBLE! It started with a phone interview, then progressed to a series of in-person interviews. The interview, itself was average. They asked a lot of the common questions (what is your strength, what would your current/past supervisor say is your biggest weakness, etc.) After a whole day of interviewing, they took me to lunch to further "talk and get to know me." The lunch, itself, consisted of me, a current recruiter, and DBO. The lunch turned into the DBO informing the recruiter they have gotten the Account Manager position. Very weird. I was told I would hear an answer about whether I got the job in 5 days. I was not called in 5 days. Call to follow up, they say I will know something the end of the week. End of the week arrives, and no call. This continues for two months until finally, I get the call I got the job. They DID NOT TELL ME A THING for two months.

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
