Interview process was really smooth. In total there was 4 rounds:
1st round with TEK systems hiring manager.
2nd round is technical round with client.
3rd round is managerial round with client.
4th round with TEK HRM.
The HR Surabhi Pandey was in constant touch since day1 till the complete onboarding process. She has been very helpful and provide sufficient guidance for client interview process. Her all time availability has helped to clear most of the doubts and questions without any delay.

The overall process, from scheduling to receiving feedback, was very well-structured and organized. Before the client interview, a brief overview was provided, including important details about the client, the job description, and information about the interview panel members. Caroline was the hiring manager and she was very kind enough to explain the process of the interview, company information in detail for better clarity in the initial screening itself which created a positive impact.
