Review is for TEKsystems Chennai, India. Virtual interviews organised with the different people in the team. One shadow call to understand the work. Filling up fun questionnaire which actually help an individual to explore themselves. The interveiew process was very detailed and people were very cooperative during the process.

Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
