Interview
Phone interview, then an in-person interview, then a panel interview. After passing that, I came back for a "shadow day" where the interviewee gets to sit with other recruiters to see how their day unfolds. This is the opportunity (and expectation) to ask questions about the ins and outs of the day-to-day operations of the job. Pay attention, there's nothing being hidden here and it's a good opportunity to see exactly what a normal day will look like.
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
