Interview
First had a phone screen. Then, I called back in to have a second interview scheduled which was a half day job shadow, followed by an interview with the DBO. Then, I was called back in to go to lunch with the DBO and answered more questions before being extended an offer.
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.

they used STAR type questions like "Tell me about a time when..."
