Interview
Very casual first round phone interview; mainly just a back and forth conversation about the job and company culture. Formal interview questions at the end, which only lasted around 10 minutes. The entire thing lasted around 45-50 minutes. Just wanted to know background information about candidate and basic personality questions. Be sure to have good, strong questions about the company, industry, and job itself.

It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
