Got a call a day before and next day interview. The recruitment agency kept me informed about the progress and also helped me know the stage i was in currently. HL7 was emphasized but did not get many questions on it so was really disappointed. There was little difference of opinion between the agency and the company requirement
Phone interview, then one on one interview with hiring manager, then panel interview with a business case to present within 24 hours after receiving it. Included reviewing data, analysing it and making a presentation

Good 1st interview with the HR lady basic questions about the background and the experience then 2nd panel interview a week later. No real technical questions but just situational to see how I would react in certain conditions. Received the forms for my referrals the following week then the offer less than a week later
