I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at TELUS (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2021
Interview
1st round 45 mins phone call with HR, very standard questions and they really proud of what TELUS is currently doing
2nd round you get a week or so to prepare a case study and present to the managers and your future team members
3rd round interview is to meet with your manager and director/VP
The questions were not too hard and I had a lot of fun during the case study process.

I applied online. I interviewed at TELUS (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2026
Interview
The three-round process involving HR, the manager, and a panel was positive. Despite a long HR session, the manager interview felt fun and conversational, keeping the entire experience very engaging.
Typical first round with HR recruiter over the phone. Then, second round interview with the hiring manager. Both were good, casual conversations. Pretty standard process with a mix of behavioral and directly job related questions.
The process was rather quick, possibly because they needed someone asap. I was contacted by HR for a quick discussion. There was a panel interview followed by a case study then the offer.
