Interview
Phone interview up-front with the VP of Operations lasted around 45 mins with discussion focusing on previous recruiting experience, training, and business ideology. Next was an in-person with the Branch Manager and Business Development Executive for the office of intended start, lasting about an hour. Met with a very nice branch manager. He was very personable. He made me feel comfortable, and put me at ease. He was very easy to talk to and I didn't feel like I was "below" the job, like some people can make you feel.
