I had two phone screen interviews with two separate recruiters. Then, I interviewed twice with PM’s/hiring managers. The first interview was challenging as there were technical difficulties, which was no one’s fault. One host was disrespectful and no longer wanted to talk after we were reconnected. The remainder of the interview was spent discussing another role that might be a better fit. Interview two went well, and the PM was thorough.
After I interviewed, I talked with the recruiter again to discuss salary and negotiate an offer. The offer was received and accepted. However, Tista was not transparent with offer contingencies. I waited 3 weeks to find out the government never approved my resume, and the company tried to push me into another role for less pay. This is an unfair hiring practice, is extremely unethical, and caused me to miss out on other opportunities. If you interview here and are sent an offer letter, ensure they have government approval before accepting anything to save yourself the headache. I should have never been sent an offer. I do not recommend this company because of its lack of transparency.
