Interview was fairly easy, if you know your expertise, haven’t lied on the resumes and fact-sheets you’ve provided to TISTA, then you should be good to go.
However, don’t believe that TISTA will also tell the truth on the papers and fact-sheets they give you. The job description? Easily years old, not updated for the content or the current work. For instance, let’s say you’re being hired somewhere to pick oranges. You are told on your job description that they expect interpersonal skills that reflect how good of a technical program manager you are, but able to work with people. You start working and there’s no one else to work with. They call it a team and making money from the client for multiple labor categories but you are the only one working. Ok so in the same scenario as before, Your offer letter has the job description and you think, maybe shen I have to help on top of my work with the growth team that I’ll have some help from the growth team or others who will do solution architecture but it turns out there are no other solution architects so in addition to all the work you do daily and for work, you are expected to provide help for a proposal that has no other helpers. The proposal manager is kind and works hard even while off on vacation, but the rest of the staff and executives are disrespectful and talk behind her back as if she, because black, is something they can talk down to .
Either way, it’s an easy interview, not what you’re you are promised after, the abiut to just juice oranges.
Oh, also: with kamala up NOW; the amount of inappropriate chatter from the executives on during meetings when others aren’t listening IS deplorable. The growth director especially is known for his sexist and racist comments and ways to push the team down even he should be removed and a new growth ceo to take over, duties
