First I applied in person with a hard copy of an application. Then I turned it in and called them back a couple days later. They said they'd like to set up an interview and it was a group interview. They didn't ask many questions. They were more just describing the potential job to us. They then called us again to set up a second interview. The overall experience was fine.
Simple basic behavioral, come prepared witg examles of how you gave customer service in previous scenarios even if not from job. Know a little bit about the company and your golden
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
