fill out the application, answer some basic questions about availability and previous experience. They kinda desperate due to pretty high turnover, so they don't ask for much. All you need to do is to show that you're a responsible, outgoing and friendly team player. It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
