My interview process was easy. They just want to hear your experience, and your availability (which is more beneficial if you are open). They ask about why you want to work for TJ Maxx. It is a pretty standard interview. Nothing out of the ordinary.
Asked about availability and we chatted about that for a bit, also asked me a little bit about myself but that felt more like a conversation than an interview. Seemed mostly concerned about availability, which makes sense due to them being a bit understaffed.
