Interview
I applied on a saturday on tuesday they called they interview me the next day, the manager was really nice and she asked basic questions like "Why do you want to work at tjmaxx?" "describe a moment where you help a costumer?" etc. on the next saturday i went to orientation and it was about 4 hours.
First interview is short and over the phone.
Second is in person going over the position, and getting to know you. Super straight forward, will be easy if you have previous retail experience.
It was quick and easy. Very straight forward, but thorough. It was in person and I got a call the next day that i was hired. This was three years ago so it might be different now.
The interview consisted of A brief Phone screen followed by an in person interview that lasted about 30 minutes. Questions were relayed to experience from last jobs and responding to customer service scenarios.
