I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Summerville, SC) in Sep 2015
Interview
After applying, I was asked by a manager to come back and sit for an interview a few days later. I was asked several questions about my previous jobs, why I chose TJMaxx, what I liked best and least about working in sales and customer service, what my availability was, whether I was considering TJMaxx as a full time career, etc. After the interview concluded, she let me know that they were in the process of interviewing several applicants for the upcoming seasonal positions and that if I didn't hear back in a few weeks, to look elsewhere.
