I submitted my application and received an interview within a week. The interview was mostly just a quick screening process with a couple of questions from the store manager to evaluate basic retail ability.
I was offered employment at the end of the interview and began working within a week or so of the interview.

It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
