Interview
Received an email from the recruiter to schedule the interview. The interview was not a structured interview which is an opportunity for legal issues as there is no way each candidate is interviewed the same nor evaluated the same. Once it was my turn to asked questions of the recruiter, she was not able to answer the simplest of questions such as the reason for the position being open and with each additional question I asked, she grew more annoyed to the point of being rude, dismissive and demeaning in her tone and response. I ended up withdrawing from the process as I concluded she was the first representation of what it would be like working for the organization.

My interviewer was all over the place and side "I'm going to let you talk and I'm going to listen but speak to Affirmative Action, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Inclusion, Workers Comp, Compensation, Benefits and working with leaders."
