Interview
Knew an outside recruiter who contacted me. He aaranged ny fir interview, face to face with the hiring Manager in a restaurant during breakfast. This was followed by another face to face, this time with the group head (Vice President) in the office. Finally after a wait of couple of days, I was interviewed over the telephone by a very Senior Project Manager - who eventually became a Director and my new boss after a year.

Interview
Two face to face interviews and one phone interview. I met the Director of PMO at a restaurant and there we had a very positive dialogue. I also made sure that I did my due diligence, and researched the hiring manager as well as the company.
