I had my first interview with my manager who is a Sr. HR business partner. The interview was via teams and was very standard. It lasted about 45 mins. I then got invited to interview with the Director of HR and that interview was in person. It was also very standard and an hour long. Both my interviews were conversational than anything. Overall the interview process was pleasant.
