Interview
There was an campus drive of TMEIC. First, They conducted Written test. Test is of Technical MCQs. No negative marking. There were different question papers for mechanical and electrical engineering. Even though i was from ECE stream, we had the same question paper as EEE.
Then they shortlisted for GD round. My topic was "does India required smart cities".
Then shortlisted for Personal Interview.
PI was moreover based on the resume and the project works.
Then they declared Final results.

Average Interview Process. They were looking for candidates with some common sense. They were hiring for GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee) profile. They asked some fundamental questions from Control System and Power Electronics and interview panel was very supportive. In case you didn't answer any question properly, they will help you by giving the justified answers.
