Swift and concise. One panel interview by the hiring managers and One round by the HR. We seem to connect well for both round. The set up is casual and more like a sharing of experience among acquaintances. The whole process is faster than I thought. In fact, one of the fastest among all the interviews I had been to. However, there was some mis-match of expectation from both end when it comes to negotiation of official offer. I deeply regret that I have to turn down the offer.
