Several Teams Interviews, approximately 4 hours. On site interviews, approximately 3-4 hours. Great people! All interviews were relative except HR, you can always tell when they are asking scripted questions and tend to ask about things already discussed. Was told the only other candidate was not as qualified and they definitely weren’t moving forward with that person, only me. Behavioral interview by 3rd party. Urgent urgency to get reference checks by a certain date. Kept being told offer was coming. Suddenly another candidate was in the mix. Despite all of this, have not heard ANYTHING. At least provide a candidate with updates, closure …whatever. Just common courtesy is all I had hoped for. My rating is based on the lack of communication rather than the overall experience.
