I start my first interview this week on the phone, so no questions asked yet.
Recruiter had reached out to see if I would be interested. Upon confirmation that I would consider a change, we set up a video interview very quickly. The interview lasted approximately forty minutes. While fairly standard initial interview, he shared a significant amount of information about the position. He was engaging and open, which made me more interested in the position, and he walked me through the full process.
