Interview
Very intense, but still very professional. The recruiters were very nice. You couldn't get a feel if they were pleased with your answers. It was very weird for me that there was a 45 min phone interview. As well as completing a long exercise that had to be submitted before the next phone interview
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TNTP (New York, NY) in May 2018
Interview
The interview process was very long. There was a 30 minute phone screen, a 2-part hiring exercise, then another 1-hour interview over the phone in order to discuss my logic when completing the hiring exercise.
I understand that this position had a lot of significant duties, however, the interview process was very discouraging. I also understand a challenging hiring process but not a brutal one like this one. I would not want to work for a company that makes their staff jump through extensive hoops.

Question 1
What experience do you have working in a remote setting?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TNTP in Nov 2016
Interview
I received an email to schedule a phone interview, which I did immediately. The phone interview lasted all of about 20 minutes. She asked me a couple of questions, told me very briefly about the job, and then asked if I had any questions. Maybe it was just me, but she didn't seem all that interested in me from the very start of the call. It was just an OK experience. I followed-up with an email, never heard back, and then about 2 weeks later, I received the "your experience is impressive, but we've chosen to pursue other candidates" obligatory email. Disappointing. I feel like I didn't really even get a chance to show them what I could do.
