I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TOMRA (Langenfeld (Rheinland)) in Jun 2024
Interview
Applied online, got a call from HR a week later for a short intro chat. Next step was an on-site panel interview with the manager and a team member – mostly about logistics experience and handling challenges. Also did a small Excel task.
Final round was a short video call with someone from HQ, more about TOMRA’s values and setup.
Clear and professional process, but felt a bit formal. Got feedback after two weeks. Neutral overall – smooth experience, but not the right fit.
