Very comprehensive. Spent about an hour with the CPO and Director of HR, we spoke at length about my qualifications, career trajectory, etc. They very friendly but not overly casual, you can tell they take their jobs seriously and expect the same of others, but seem to have a great time doing it! They gave me a very thorough insight into what to expect from the company, from the team, they provided specific metrics I'd need to produce, explained how I would be managed and talked about the company's plan for the future. I went into the interview with an open mind but I wasn't desperate for a job and also wasn't really sure about joining a startup , but they really sold it and it has been nothing less than what they described so I'm very happy.
