There will be 3 rounds of interview, 1st hr round. 2nd virtual interview with client and 3rd last will be with the hr head. They will help you as well to clear if you not got selceted in one then they will process you for another client so that's easy . Your communication skills should be good . Must prepare a pitch

The interview process was great. I was handled by a professional interviewer and able to answer all her questions. My experience with the TP has been good and I expect nothing but a good work environment.

Die Mitarbeiterin hat mir vorher gesagt welche Fragen(nicht alle aber 2/3) sie stellen wird und mir geraten mich darauf vorzubereiten.
Das habe ich dann natürlich auch gemacht und das hat mir sehr geholfen.
Quick and only a few questions and not too hard. It was all basic customer service questions and a short role play and email writing in both languages. Total time was less than an hour.
