I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at TP (Cebu City) in Jul 2026
Interview
During my interview at Teleperformance, I was really nervous because it was my first time applying in person. However, I realized that if you know yourself well and answer the questions honestly based on your own experiences, the interview becomes easier. I learned that confidence comes from being genuine rather than trying to memorize perfect answers.
The interview process was smooth and straightforward. The recruiters were approachable and explained each step clearly. It included an initial screening, assessment, and final interview. The questions were mostly about customer service, communication skills, and work experience. Overall, the process was professional and beginner-friendly.

Interview
It is a difficult process since I waited for 2 to 3 hours because there's a lot of applicants in the recruitment hub that day, but it is okay since I learned so much from it. The entire interview is not easy but I'm blessed that I passed it all.
