First i received and email, then i was going to Budapest for talking an half an hour with the recruiter, then comes the online test, after it the interview by phone speaking and email again about the contract.

It was a three steps, there are:
First step ..take Assessment English and German
Second step.. Hr interview English and German
Final .. Team Leader Interview German language

1st would be HR round, 2nd would be Operation round, 3rd would be a final call from HR.
then there would be a handover done by HR to Trainer and then the training would start post that once the training is completed there would be a certification and if you pass the certification you would move to the opertions for nesting period.
