Interview
It was very interesting than your average job interview. Starting off with a phone call determining English level. If you did well they set a personal interview. You’d imagine it would be a personal interaction with the employer. However 8 of us were interviewed at the same time and performed group activities and Rated how well we worked as a team. After that it was a one on one interview explaining the benefits and asking how many hours we’d like to work

Interview
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
