I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TP (Quezon City, National Capital Region) in Apr 2019
Interview
I applied at Teleperformance through a job fair in Quezon City, Philippines. As I can remember, I did two interviews at that time which was the initial interview and the phone interview. I gave my contact info needed for the application to their representatives and did the initial interview right away. They asked me about my resume and whether I have any previous work experience, asked also if I have an idea about the position and company, talked about the schedule/shifts, and if I was willing to do it. Eventually passed the initial interview and waited a phone interview from their HR officer from my preferred location, which was also in Quezon City. I did the phone interview also on the job fair. While I could hear the HR officer asking me further about my resume and personal ones, the phone interview was disappointing because the line was mostly interrupted and the place was too noisy, and we could not understand each other. Did not passed the phone interview but if I may suggest to future applicants, it would be best to do the interview directly to their office to avoid such as this kind of experience.
Two interview rounds, one offline and operation round online and one assessment online.it was an easy process.total one day process or sometime it took two days. Good for freshers to join this company.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at TP (Accra)
Interview
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TP (Cebu City) in Jun 2026
Interview
It's quite a long process from initial interview up until final interview. I overthink it out as difficult and I'm nervous about the possible questions but it was indeed fulfilling after all.
