I applied online. I interviewed at TP (Lisbon, Lisbon District) in Sep 2018
Interview
I thought it was a pretty basic interview procedure, the first step was to take a general knowledge test on travel & tourism, followed by a basic phone interview in which they wanted to put language skills to test and also create a couple of possible work scenarios (role-play). At the time it was a job position at Lisbon, Portugal and I was interested in learning Portuguese and getting out of my confort zone. I thought the interview process on behalf of the recruiting team was very poor and I expected better communication on their side. In the end I was never given a response if I had passed onto to the next level or was given the job. It worked out for better that I didn't move on, as I would of been a bit skeptical of their work ethic and standards. After that experience I wouldn't recommend this company for future candidates, but I guess it really depends on the person and the feel you personally get for the company; horses for courses.

Question 1
Can you please tell us of a time you dealt with a challenging situation at work and how you handled it?
Two interview rounds, one offline and operation round online and one assessment online.it was an easy process.total one day process or sometime it took two days. Good for freshers to join this company.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at TP (Accra)
Interview
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TP (Cebu City) in Jun 2026
Interview
It's quite a long process from initial interview up until final interview. I overthink it out as difficult and I'm nervous about the possible questions but it was indeed fulfilling after all.
