A call center agent is a person who handles incoming or outgoing customer calls for an organization. A call center agent might handle account inquiries, customer complaints or support issues. An agent who manages both incoming and outgoing customer calls is also referred to as a blended agent.
Relativamente tranquilo. Mas, só havia vagas para trabalhar em fechamento de turno e não fiquei por isso. Pois alem disso horário, era em uma teleperformance muito longe da minha casa.
After assessment, you will be interviewed by recruiters. The interview process is easy. They will just ask about your experiences. It only lasted for more or less 20 minutes. Just be yourself and be confident.

Interview
What I liked most was how professional the interviewer was. Whenever I struggled to answer, she patiently reminded me of the situation and encouraged me to think through the problem instead of rushing me. It made the interview feel supportive and helped me give my best responses.
