An automated or live test evaluating your grammar, pronunciation, and listening skills (often using platforms like Versant). You may also take a quick multitasking or typing test.
3 Operations Interview
Step 3
A final interview with an account manager. This usually involves situational questions, role-playing a customer scenario, and assessing how you handle stress or difficult callers.
After assessment, you will be interviewed by recruiters. The interview process is easy. They will just ask about your experiences. It only lasted for more or less 20 minutes. Just be yourself and be confident.
