It was quite smooth at the same time; they are supportive enough to deal with the virtual issues even with the internet issues. Secondly, their office is on a good location so any one can find it easily.

The interview lasted 20 minutes.
I was asked several questions leading to how comfortable I would be to stay on the job for a long time. There were questions on how well I speak Finnish.

Je suis passée par une agence de recrutement qui possède divers projets à l'étranger dans le domaine du service client. Le fait qu'il y ait deux; voir trois intermédiaires avant l'embauche est un réel problème. On ne sait plus qui on doit aborder ni à qui rapporter quoi pour que le processus avance correctement. Clair perte de temps ET d'énergie à tous niveaux.
