They call for the initial interview aand after that they said that just wait for the call of HR and after 4 days HR called me and did my final interview to phone call also the same with my initial interview then I answered the online assessment. Thats it and then send me the schedule for my medical.

It is a role play interview question. They just try my communication skills by just acting they are the customer and I am the agent and I need to help them to find the product they are looking for.
After assessment, you will be interviewed by recruiters. The interview process is easy. They will just ask about your experiences. It only lasted for more or less 20 minutes. Just be yourself and be confident.
