Por medio de un correo electrónico, se establece el primer contacto para iniciar el proceso. Más adelante, a través de una reunión en Teams, se lleva a cabo una serie de preguntas orientadas a comprender mejor tu perfil y experiencia. Una vez finalizada esta etapa inicial, se avanza hacia consultas más específicas relacionadas con el puesto o proyecto en cuestión.

¿Cuál es tu objetivo a largo plazo dentro de la empresa?
It was quick, It felt informal as there was only one person taking interview very casually. They did not ask much, I had to over explain to compensate. It was good overall
They really like the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). I was asked questions like what is the role about, competency and soft skills based questions (team work, resilience, initiative, attention to detail), what are the most pleasant work conditions for me etc.
