I had a very disappointing experience with Teleperformance. The hiring process felt completely unprofessional. After the interview, I was rejected without any feedback, leaving me uncertain about what went wrong. It felt like there was no real purpose to the interview if they were just going to reject me without any explanation. Additionally, there seemed to be a pattern of hiring only Swedish candidates, which made me feel that the hiring managers were biased. The lack of transparency and fairness in the process left a bad impression, and it felt like a discriminatory approach to hiring. I would not recommend applying to this company.
