2 rounds of interview: 1. Initial screening, light questions, set tone and expectations for the role 2. Demonstration session for a mock class to display facilitation skills and knowledge. Overall fairly straightforward, and my interviewer (future manager) was very upfront and honest about everything. Questions were very welcome and they remained approachable in between and after the interview sessions.
