Average. Telephonic Rounds decide if your skills are apt or not, and then you report to premises for HR Round basically on salary discussions and benefits of joining the company. While they say salaries are good, which is the case, but they don't mention the variables being included and that it is deducted even if you have paid leaves in kitty.
