It was simple and easy with the recruiter; they were a contractor, and we had a quick overview within 10 minutes about the job. I was promised another interview, they were happy to go on, just needed a spot with the main design manager. But with constant emailing every week for 2 weeks would get no response until the last week said we would schedule the interview. Didn't see any schedule after sending my availability. Waited patiently, emailed again for another 2 weeks and heard back again to schedule, and nothing happened after saying I was available anytime. Theres still a bunch of job postings for it even though I never heard back. Terrible at keeping up with emails doesn't even bother with communicating. Even messaged on LinkedIn nothing. Worst part was they were liking and commenting on LinkedIn but would NOT respond to my emails that I was sending every week. Absolutely worst experience I've had, and I've interviewed with a lot of companies. False hope don't even bother.
