The interview process at TPG is a long one. It generally consists of 3 rounds of interviews and about a dozen people. A majority of the questions consist of personality and work ethic type questions. They are trying to find out if you are going to be a good fit within the team. They are more clever than most on how they determine if you actually know what you are talking about.
