I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at TPG in Nov 2021
Interview
Very unorganized process. They reached out to me initially to interview and seemed very interested. Quickly scheduled first rounds of interviews with 2 individuals. After these, they scheduled multiple more rounds with others, total of about 7 people I spoke with. Interviews were primarily behavioral with a little technical question mixed in here and there. They were pretty much all the same questions across each interview.
Recruiting team was very unorganized throughout the whole process. After finishing a round of interviews, I went days without a response and had to reach out to them direct for feedback, only to be asked to schedule more of the same interviews. Finally, after having the same exact conversation with 6-7 people, they ghosted me and never responded to any of my messages. It's been months and I still have not heard a word from their team whatsoever.
Waste of 6 hours of my life essentially. Do not recommend even bothering to speak with them if this is how they treat applicants.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TPG (Fort Worth, TX) in Aug 2014
Interview
Was brought in from out of state. Hotel, flight and car services provided were on par with other employers. Interviewed with 5 people and HR. Was surprised that all the interviews were supervisor or above to the position being interviewed for- no peers or staff.
